Two New Directors Begin Work with the Foundation

At its January meeting, the RT-C Education Foundation Board approved the nomination of Mrs. Sofia Massey and Mrs. Sheri Neeley to the Board.  Both bring a wealth of skills and experience that will be valuable for our future work.
