Over $ 11,000 in Teacher Grants Awarded

Members of the Teacher Grants Committee awarded over $ 11,000 in Innovative Teacher Grants to teachers on both Elementary and JH/HS Campuses last week.  Items awarded included a Welder and a new Laptop for the Ag Shop, a Laptop for the HS Science Lab, Electronic Balances for the Science Lab, a sensory table for the Pre-K room, enhancements for the Learning Lab, a document camera for classrooms, a camera and lens bundle for the Yearbook staff, and a Ga Ga Ball Pit for the Elementary playground.  

Making the Presentations were Teacher Grant Committee members Sherry Pennington and Sheri Neeley, Foundation Board President Ruby McCullough, Executive Director Linda Patterson, and Teacher Grant Committee member Jerry Schatte.
